Community Guidelines.
Effective September 1, 2026 · Supercomplicated LLC
Effective date: September 1, 2026
HeyFitt exists for one thing: helping adult gym members find people to train with at their own gym. These Guidelines describe the conduct we expect from every member — on the Service, and at training sessions arranged through it. They are part of your agreement with us: the Guidelines are incorporated into our Terms of Service, and violating them is a violation of the Terms. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.
One thing to be clear about up front: these are rules for members, not promises from us. We do not screen, verify, or run background checks on anyone, and we cannot guarantee how any member will behave. Use your own judgment — the Terms of Service explain this in detail.
1. Be who you say you are
Use your real identity. Your photos must be of you, your age must be accurate, and you must be at least 18. List only gyms where you genuinely train. One person, one account. Impersonating anyone — another member, a trainer, a gym, or us — is prohibited.
2. HeyFitt is for training
This is not a dating app. Romantic or sexual advances toward other members, sexual or sexually suggestive content, and using HeyFitt to solicit dates, hookups, or commercial sexual services are all violations — regardless of whether the other person objects. Keep profiles, messages, and sessions about training.
3. Respect other members
Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, shame, or demean anyone. Hate speech and discrimination — including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, body type, or fitness level — have no place here. Everyone was a beginner once. When someone declines a session, says no, stops responding, or blocks you, that is the end of the conversation; attempting to re-establish contact, on or off the Service, is a violation.
4. Respect privacy
What other members share with you stays on HeyFitt. Do not publish, forward, or post other members' photos, messages, profiles, schedules, gym locations, or identities anywhere else. Do not track, follow, or surveil another member, and do not collect or scrape member information for any purpose.
5. Keep it legal and safe
Do not use HeyFitt for anything illegal. Specifically prohibited: buying, selling, offering, or promoting anabolic steroids, SARMs, or any other illegal or controlled substances; offering or seeking weapons; promoting dangerous or reckless training practices; and posting content that promotes disordered eating, self-harm, or suicide. We have zero tolerance for any content or conduct that sexualizes or endangers minors; we remove it, terminate the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement as appropriate. If you believe a member is under 18, report them.
6. No spam, scams, or selling
Do not ask other members for money, financial information, or passwords. No pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes, no supplement affiliate pitches, no advertising, and no soliciting personal-training clients outside features we expressly provide for that purpose. Bots, fake accounts, and bulk messaging are prohibited.
7. Meeting in person
Sessions arranged on HeyFitt are meant to start one way: inside the gym, on the floor, after you have both checked in at the front desk. We recommend you keep it that way — do not move a first meeting to a parking lot, a car, or a private location, do not share your home address or full schedule with someone you have just met, and tell someone you trust where you will be. Follow your gym's rules and staff instructions, train within your limits and your partner's, and spot with full attention. These are recommendations for your benefit, not services we provide — HeyFitt is not present at your sessions and does not supervise them.
8. Reporting and blocking
If a member violates these Guidelines, report them from their profile or any conversation, and block them if you no longer want contact. We never tell a member who reported them. Do not retaliate against anyone you believe reported you — retaliation is itself a violation, and so is filing knowingly false or bad-faith reports. Reporting to us is not a substitute for contacting the authorities: if you or anyone else is in danger, contact local law enforcement (911 in the U.S.) first.
9. Enforcement
We may take any action we consider appropriate for a violation, including removing content, issuing a warning, suspending an account, or permanently removing a member — with or without notice, at the sole discretion of HeyFitt's management. Conduct that occurs off the Service, including at a session arranged through HeyFitt or in communications that moved off-platform, may be treated as a violation. Creating a new account after being removed is prohibited. If you believe we made a mistake, you may reply to the notice you received or write to our legal inbox (the address is shown at the end of this page); we may review at our discretion, and our decisions are final.
10. The fine print
These Guidelines are illustrative, not exhaustive — conduct that harms members or the Service can be a violation even if it is not listed here, and we may update these Guidelines at any time by posting a revised version. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor content or conduct, and we may enforce or decline to enforce these Guidelines in any instance at our sole discretion; no failure to act creates any waiver, obligation, or liability. Nothing in these Guidelines creates any duty owed by HeyFitt to any member or third party, any warranty about the conduct of members, or any rights enforceable against HeyFitt. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service, and the disclaimers, assumption of risk, release, limitations of liability, and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms apply fully to everything described here.
